Within this private platform, members gain access to educational tutorials designed to help them learn, study, and grow in knowledge among their peers. Each new Trustee member, upon receiving their Trust and completing the training videos supplied within the website\u2019s educational community, shall be granted two private consultations for clarity and guidance. Upon the completion of these consultations, the member\u2019s initial training shall be considered complete, and any further help, guidance, or assistance thereafter shall be provided only in consideration of a donation or redemption of reward points;<\/p><p><strong>6_<\/strong>Membership in this Association is granted only upon approval, ensuring alignment with the principles and policies of this Association. While membership requires approval, the Association does not discriminate against any person(s), natural or otherwise, on the basis of race, color, or religion. Once approved, members are provided with a private medium through which they may associate with one another for the purpose of learning, supporting, and bringing to fruition the objectives and mission herein declared, provided they have not been sanctioned, suspended, or otherwise banned by the Association;<\/p><p><strong>7_<\/strong>Membership in this Association, and in any of its groups or social media, may be terminated by the Association at any time if it is determined that a member is acting in a manner contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, or betterment of the Association. Furthermore, any association, communication, or collaboration with former Association Authorized Trustees (s) team members (\u201cex-trustees\u201d), who are no longer an Association Authorized Trustee in good standing, shall constitute immediate revocation of membership. All members are expected to remain in alignment with the mission, educational community, and private protections of this Association, and any deviation from these standards will result in removal to preserve the integrity of the private domain;<\/p><p><strong>8_<\/strong>I comprehend and acknowledge that this Association, as a private membership body, is protected under the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), and equivalent constitutional protections. Accordingly, it stands outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State agencies or authorities with respect to any and all complaints or grievances concerning the Association, Association members, Authorized Trustees, or Designees. Any complaints or grievances arising shall be addressed and resolved solely within the private domain by an Association designee, committee, or tribunal, and by becoming a member I expressly waive the right to pursue such matters in any public forum. By this agreement, I voluntarily change my capacity from that of a public person to that of a private member. All of my activities within the Association are private contractual matters, not subject to disclosure to any Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. I further agree that I will not initiate or pursue any form of legal action against a fellow member of the Association, except in the rare circumstance where such member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive harm, and only upon the recommendation and approval of the Association;<\/p><p><strong>10_<\/strong>Membership in this Association requires active engagement as a condition of remaining in good standing. Active engagement includes, but is not limited to, logging into the Association\u2019s website regularly, staying current with the educational tutorials and Trustee training materials, and participating in scheduled member meetings, which are mandatory. It is each member\u2019s personal responsibility to check the Association\u2019s message board regularly for meeting schedules, updates, and announcements. Members who remain inactive, fail to attend required meetings, fail to complete trainings, or neglect to stay informed place both themselves and the Association at risk. Accordingly, prolonged inactivity or failure to engage may result in suspension or revocation of membership, as determined by the Association, in order to preserve the integrity and mission of the Association;<\/p><p><strong>11_<\/strong> I acknowledge and agree that all educational materials, tutorials, trainings, documents, videos, and other resources provided through the Association are the copyrighted property of the Association. I further agree that I will not replicate, reproduce, record, distribute, or share these materials in any unauthorized manner outside of the private membership community. I comprehend that any such unauthorized use or disclosure subjects me to penalties and fines as determined by the Association, and that such violation shall result in the immediate and permanent revocation of my membership for life;<\/p><p><strong>12_<\/strong>I acknowledge and agree that within the Association website, certain resources, materials, trainings, or consultations may be made available in exchange for a donation. I comprehend that these donations are distinct from membership itself and that all such donations are final. No refunds, reversals, or chargebacks shall be issued under any circumstances. By making a donation for any resource offered through the Association\u2019s website, I affirm my comprehension that it is a voluntary contribution for access to obtain private resources, and I waive any claim to reimbursement.<\/p><p><strong>13_<\/strong>I acknowledge and agree that in the event my membership is terminated, whether voluntarily or by action of the Association and its Authorized Trustees, all services, trainings, consultations, or resources then in process shall immediately cease. The Association is not a law firm, accounting firm, or tax service, and are not lawyers, attorneys, or tax professionals. The purpose of the Association is educational, and it is my personal responsibility to study, learn, and stand on my own square in applying the knowledge provided. I comprehend that no one within the Association can do this work for me, and that my growth depends on my own diligence and commitment to the educational process;<\/p><p><strong>15_<\/strong>I enter into this agreement freely and voluntarily, without any pressure, coercion, or undue influence. I affirm that I am not, nor do I represent, any Local, State, or Federal agency whose purpose is\u2014whether directly or indirectly\u2014to regulate or approve products or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment, or investigation. I confirm that I have read and understood this agreement in full, and that any questions I may have had were answered to my satisfaction prior to joining.
